True laceration

A true laceration is a laceration which starts in a trapeze and forms a loop before the index finger is inserted.

This is how it was done originally, whereas the current popular definition of laceration has no such requirement. This is likely due to a combination of the apparent similarity and André Boulay having taught many people what is now known as laceration.
