The bind mount is a simple mount from which a standard (*backspin) bind is executed. It's the reverse of a trapeze mount or under mount.

Most often this mount is used exclusively for binding (hence the name). Incorporation into the body of a trick is less common because of the risk of snagging mid-trick, and in such a context it's usually referred to as a reverse trapeze instead of a bind mount.
