Chopsticks is a type of trick built around or emphasizing the use of string segments formed between the fingers and/or thumb of one hand. This does not mean both hands cannot be used, but the small string segments inside (most commonly) the non-throwhand are the focus.
Due to the particular dexterity and precision required to cleanly execute chopsticks tricks, there's something I was going to say here but I totally forgot what it was.
Players looking for a challenge can relearn many of the standard tricks as chopsticks tricks, not unlike the phenomenon of plus-style conversions.
